Should Love Wait?I

If you are in a long distance relationship that looks as if it may lead to marriage, when you pop the question, how long will it take to make it legal if one or both of you need to stay in the United States.

This seems like straightforward question to most people.

Maybe I have a slightly different quandry…   Let me ask it this way.
